Quilt Project Winter/Spring 2009

Winter/Spring 2009 Project - Nine Patch Star Quilt Instructions (48”x62”) Materials List and Instructions
  • 7-8 red and cream Fat Quarters each - if entire quilt is scrappy, including the star background.
  • If you are using the same cream for the Star background you will need approximately 1½ - 2 yards of cream color (this may or may not include enough for the Nine-Patch creams). You may need to pull from different creams from your “stash” to fill in where needed.
  • Sashing and Binding approximately 1⅓
    yards
  • Outer Border from scraps you already have
  • Quilt or tie as desired
  • 1 piece of batting, at least 54"x66"
