Stephen Ministers are available to help you work through life's difficulties and to give you a safe, confidential place to vent your troubles.

Changes can be difficult - especially when they are unexpected. Stephen Ministers are trained to help people learn to cope with the changes that have happened in their life. If you have experienced great changes or know someone who has and would like to learn more about having one of us walk beside you for a while, please call one of the Stephen Leaders listed below.
